STEP 1

With an erect penis, find the scar line. Remove the tape covering half-way

STEP 2

Place the tape around the penis making sure the middle of the tape (where the two tapes meet) is exactly over the scar.

STEP 3

Take the remaing covering off and wrap around the entire penis.

STEP 4

Attach weight or strap to the end
